To make coming to our studio more accessible we offer 50% off all of our memberships if you earn $35,000 or less per year!

New Class:
Chair-based yoga, a gentle form of yoga done while sitting, offers the same benefits as traditional yoga. Some poses may also be done standing using the chair for support to increase balance.
