EZ Run Belt 15 Levels of Adjustment

Select Tubing Resistance:

  • Yellow - Light is perfect for runners who already have good technique but need slight resistance for a reminder to pull the leg up. Recommended for 10-20 minutes of running. Also good to use near the end of a run, when legs start to fatigue and turnover rate must be maintained.
  • Green - Medium is our most popular tubing. Best for “heel strikers” who need moderate resistance as a reminder to pull up leg. Recommended for 5-10 minutes of running or until legs start to fatigue.
  • Red - Heavy is recommended for heavy runners or strength training. With approximately 40% more resistance than the green, use only 1-2 minutes at a time or until legs start to fatigue.


Select Belt Loop Level:

The belt has 5 loop levels which allows  adjustment for individual leg length. The tubing is attached at the level that will give enough resistance to prevent  the legs from stretching out  forward of the body. The first loop at the bottom provides the lightest tension, up to the fifth loop at the top which provides the most  tension.
