Membership Terms

Memberships require a signed contract. Individual memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. Family memberships are available to 3 or more related people living at same address (including domestic partnerships). Memberships may be cancelled up to three weeks after start date without penalty, however the first month's fee will be retained. For auto-pay memberships, cancelling after 3 weeks from start date will result in an early termination fee of the half the value of the remaining payments to be processed. For memberships paid in full, canceling after three weeks from start date will result in an early termination fee of the half the value of the number of remaining months (based on the monthly equivalent) being assessed with the remaining amount refunded in the payment method used for membership purchase.
